Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may request a full refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Refunds

Please contact [email protected] and include the email address that your account is under. We will issue a full refund as long as your account has an equal or larger number of minutes that you are requesting the refund for. We are sorry, but we do not process partial refunds.

Please allow 3 business days for us to process your refund request. Refunds may take 1 - 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by e-mail when your refund has been processed.
